The City of Chamberlain, along with donations from the Chamberlain MiddleSchool Explorers, the Schoenhard Foundation, Don Schaub and family, Barbara Kelly, Modern Woodman, Coke, Chamberlain Women's and Co-Ed Softball Leagues and a grant from the State of South Dakota was able to create a sporting complex that includes two lighted softball fields, a baseball field, soccer field, playground, concession stand and a picnic shelter. Donations were also used on the Greig Baseball Field.
